1. Scope
For all contracts, purchase of goods
or services through the Internet website www.photo-Xpert.com (the
Store), the general sales conditions are as follows. The contract is

2. Contract
The image and presentation of
products in the shop is not contractual. Through the selection of
products, the entry of the necessary delivery information and the
execution of the function "Send the order'', the customer confirms
the purchase. The acknowledgment e-mail is not yet a proof of acceptance
of the offer but has only informational purpose meaning that the order was
received. Acceptance of
the offer is fulfilled by the delivery of the goods.
Offers are non-binding. If after receiving the order we find that the
product is no longer available or for legal reasons, can not be provided,
the customer will be immediately informed. In such case, if the client does not
agree with the delivery of a similar product in quality and price, we keep
the right to terminate the contract. Any payment already received will be
refunded after notification of termination of the contract. Any other
requirements

will not be affected.

seven working days from the day following the delivery.

Exercise of the right of renunciation
If the consumer uses the right above, he must return the goods at his own costs
and risks to the address of the store. The products must be accompanied by the
invoice and the original delivery slip. Goods returned shall not have
been unwrapped, unsealed or used in any way. They must be returned in
their original unopened and unsealed packaging.
Any opening of sealed original packaging or broken control band will assume
that the device was used.
4. Delivery,
shipping and risk transfer
Delivery is conducted in accordance with corresponding

client is a professional, all risks and dangers of the shipment are
transferred when the goods are taken in charge by the logistics partner.

of the purchase price.
